PRICING STRUCTURE

We have a competitive pricing structure that we have developed over the years. Getting a mailing out can be stressful enough without encountering unforeseen hidden costs that can be associated with some bulk mailing services. To alleviate this we do the following:

• We price by the piece.
• We have no minimums.
• We do not charge for Address change updates.
• We have a $25 processing fee only, for every job that we do.
• Requests for specialized services are included with all estimates.

Concerning the software that Grapes2press utilizes:
The software is updated frequently and will also verify valid addresses. Much of that information is provided via the customer or business when a move or relocation occurs. The U.S. Post office's data base is changed to reflect this new information. Any records that are incomplete, incorrect or have yet to be reported cannot be updated via the software that we use. These mail pieces will most likely not arrive at there intended location.

There is a manual sorting where a portion of incomplete addresses may get delivered, but there is no guarantee. You may choose not to send these if you wish. Grapes2press has no idea nor can we be held responsible for information provided by you our customer if it falls outside of our operating procedures. YOU must choose not to send mail that has questionable addresses. We will do everything possible to offer the best advice with regard to what we do best. Thank you
